Fat Tony is the leader of the mafia in The Simpsons.he has had many enemies such as mayor quimby,homer simpson,krusty the clown,marge simpsons,principal skinner,and a rival gang known as the caletraisies at one time he was friends with bart simpson however after the police arrested bart fat tony and the rest of his thugs fat tony blamed the ciggerete heist on bart simpson if it were not for principal skinner bart would have got life in prison after that no contact has been made between bart and fat tony.
