Baron Von Kiss-A-Lot is a Character that Marge Purposely made up in the episode: 'A half decent proposal' as the person who the cab driver should send the bill to. After Marge says: 'Send the bill to Baron Von Kiss-A-Lot' Far away a servant walks up to a person with large, swollen lips, and hands him the bill. This suggests that there's a real person called Baron Von Kiss-A-Lot.
