Colm Meaney is an Irish actor who guest starred in "In The Name Of The Grandfather" playing Tom O'Flanagan. He is best known outside of The Simpsons for his portrayal of "Chief Miles O'Brien" in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
