The Jim Halterman bobble-head is a bobble-head doll that bears the likeness of Jim Halterman, a local car dealer.
History
Bart showed the toy to Kodos, who grabbed the doll and asked him if all humans have such weak necks, or just the one they call Jim Halterman.
