Li'l Krusty has only made one ad in his second comic strip, and opens a stand where he will tell a joke for 5 cents. Li'l Sideshow Bob tells Krusty to tell him a joke, but demands his money back when the joke isn't funny.

Li'l Krusty shows readers how Baby Teeny can make people laugh, but Baby Teeny gets back at Li'l Krusty for flicking him with peanuts.

Baby Teeny goes on strike, and Li'l Krusty wonders if the peanuts made him strike, how Teeny got in the union, because he was illegally from Brazil, and if a contract is legally binded when signed with a paw print.
