The Vast Waistband is a store for obese men. Many of their clients find pants confining, so they offer a range of elements for the ample gentleman, including: ponchos, muumuus, capes, jumpsuits, unisheets, Muslim body rolls, and academic and judicial robes. It first appeared in King-Size Homer when Homer bought a muumuu there after he gained weight.
