Toot-Toot is mother of Mr.Teeny. She adopts Bart in the episode Bart Has Two Mommies, but Marge convinces Bart to come back home. Toot-Toot is a different color then Mr.Teeny, Toot-Toot is black and Mr.Teeny is brown.
