Rudolph William Louis "Rudy" Giuliani, KBE (born May 28, 1944) is an American businessman, lawyer, and politician, best known for being the mayor of New York, serving from 1994-2001. He voiced himself in the season 18 episode "Stop or My Dog Will Shoot!".
