The Warner Brothers Network is a TV network which showed The Krusty the Klown Story: Booze, Drugs, Guns, Lies, Blackmail and Laughter once.
History
Bart was watching it as Michigan J. Frog dances and sings across the logo before hanging his head and walking off annoyed. The movie then starts.
