Disputes are rare on Wikisimpsons, but when they do happen, they should be calmed down immediately. If it carries on penalties should be awarded. But remember, Assume Good Faith.
Penalties
On the wiki
If things get heated, the users involved should be given a warning. If it carries on both users should be blocked for a short time.
On IRC
If things get heated, the people involved should be given a warning. If it carries on they may get kicked or possibly banned.
