Close Encounters of the Nerd Kind is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Bart Simpson 1. The comic has later get reprint in Big Book of Bart Simpson.
Plot
Kang and Kodos begin their mission to find a typical Earthling child. They take first Lisa, and she shows great interest in them, and Kang and Kodos realizes that she is smarter than average and when she asks what they eat just before they should cook her they get tired of her and they switch her to Bart as thugs on the spaceship and they realize that they can not eat him for he would be stringy for he is active. Then they take Ralph who is still alive after they cooked him in the oven.
