The Campervan is a vehicle that Homer bought at Bob's RV Round-Up during the episode The Call Of The Simpsons
He wanted to buy a better RV, but could only afford the campervan because of bad credit. It resembles a heavily abused (including what appears to be some form of plant growing out of the engine) mid-1980's Ford Econoline van. Throughout the episode the campervan takes much damage, such as Homer believing that he can drive it through water without any effect, driving in a heavily wooded area whilst hitting trees, and then finally driving it off a cliff, with the family bailing out by a split-second.
