Guest Star Information

Plácido Domingo, Sr., KBE (born José Plácido Domingo Embil; January 21, 1941) is a Spanish opera singer. He voiced himself in the season 19 episode "The Homer of Seville". He was also interviewed in The Simpsons: Celebrity Friends and The Simpsons: Mischief & Mayhem.
He commented that Dan Castellaneta had impressive operatic voice, doing all of Homer Simpson's singing instead of the common practice of having a professional singer "step in" for the singing part.
