Tom's Dad was a man who worked for the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. He has a wife and a son called Tom. They attend Mr Burns's picnic, where Tom complains about missing Little League and Mr Burns fires the dad. Smithers says he'll be gone by the tug-of-war.
