Wall or Nothing is a Simpsons Comic Issue. In America it was released in Simpsons Comics #50.
Plot
The Lower Springfield Lake is closed for Upper Springfield water use. At a town meeting, Lisa reveals that Upper Springfield and Lower was never reunited by Jebidah Springfield's son.
