The Springfield Concert Hall is a concert hall built by Frank Gehry in The Seven-Beer Snitch. It is designed after the way the crumbled up letter on Gehry's sidewalk looked like. It was very short-lived and was eventually turned into the Montgomery Burns State Penitentiary. Since it was very large the police started enforcing all past laws of Springfield. For kicking a soda can five times on the sidewalk it was considered transporting litter and Homer was put in the jail.
