History
Homer took Bart here when he was behaving badly. As Homer left, he drove through the Birthplace of Matt Groening, which is located next door to the facility. Though Bart starts to become adjusted, Homer later came back to take Bart home after feeling bad. Before leaving, the Upward Bound manager informed Homer that Bart was going to be sent sent home anyway, as Homer wrote a bad check.
