Itchy and Scratchy are running in a race at a track meet. Just before the race starts, Itchy surreptitiously injects Scratchy with steroids. As Scratchy runs, he looks at his arms and notices himself bulking up. Then, feeling much faster and stronger, he turns on the speed, literally running circles around Itchy. Scratchy then runs straight through a wall, leaves the stadium, and circles the earth several times before he re-enters the stadium and runs along the track for the last stretch of the race. Scratchy passes Itchy and heads for the finish line. However, the exertion takes its toll on Scratchy, and his heart literally explodes. Scratchy collapses just before the finish line and Itchy wins the race. In the final scene, Itchy is on the #1 step of the winners' platform, holding a trophy and Scratchy's head. Scratchy's decapitated body is on the #2 step.
