I have to say this article should be deleted. The reason why is Funny Looking Mugger is not his actual name because all it says in the Complete Guide is Mugger. Anyway we do not need articles on nameless characters like this one and unless an actual name is revealed this article should be deleted. I mean there could actually be more characters named Mugger.
