The Barra is a beer and wine bar in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
History
When Homer was drinking at the bar, the crooks told him to fix the soccer World Cup final between Germany and Brazil. While at the bar, the unnamed bartender ran out of sugar canes but Homer carried his own.
