Differences between the two versions.

Original version	'YouTube version'
"Bart & Homer's Excellent Adventure" is written over a view of a Radioactive Man comic.	"Bart & Homer's Excellent Adventure" is written over a view of an empty space on the shelf. The comic then appears once the text disappears.
	No music plays over the parts where there should be.
	There are more people on the street when Bart skateboards out of the Android's Dungeon.
	Professor Frink has different dialogue.
Frink gives Bart the keys to his time machine when he gets some lunch.	Bart asks Frink if the car can take him back to 1974. Frink then gets arrested by police from the future for assassinating President Glovnak. A cowboy turns up, and then Frink and the men go to the future. The keys are dropped on the ground.
Bart passes different James Bond posters, in descending order of release when he goes into the past.	Bart passes different James Bond posters, in black and white. Different music plays.
	Bart gets his comic book and reads it. There is a shot of Springfield High School as Bart passes it, reading.
Principal Dondelinger throws Homer and Barney's cigarettes into the toilet.	Principal Dondelinger throws Homer and Barney's cigarettes into the toilet. Then, Dondelinger gives Homer and Barney three days of detention and then walks out of the bathroom.
Bart goes into the high school.	Bart is about to go into the high school when a young Artie Ziff walks out of the school with books in his arms. There is dialogue between Bart and Artie, before Artie goes over to a tree, props his books up like stairs and picks an apple from the tree. The books then fall over, leaving Artie clung to the tree branch. Bart goes over to the tree and moons Artie, before running into the school.
Bart tells young Homer that he is his son from the future that ruins all his fun. Young Homer then strangles Bart.	There is more dialogue after Bart tells young Homer that he kills all his fun in the future. When Bart shows Homer his butt, Homer strangles Bart.
Homer writes Marge's choices on the chalkboard: "Go to the Prom with me" and "Cry so hard forever."	Homer writes Marge's choices on the chalkboard: "Go to the Prom with me" and "Remain an Idiot". Homer looks angry after he writes this.
Young Homer asks Homer what happened - referring to Homer's weight - and asks if he was in a forest fire or something.	Young Homer and Homer are in the tree. Young Homer says that he was thinking of pork chops after Homer said that they have to think of a plan. Homer said that he thought the same thing. The two then bump their heads together.
The Homer angel gets out of the time machine car.	The Homer angel gets out of the time machine car, then Young Homer opens the door and stands up.
Once Artie and Bartie clench their fists, the scene shifts to five minutes later. "Five Minutes Later" is written on the screen.	Once Artie and Bartie clench their fists, the scene shifts to five minutes later. "Five Minutes Later" is written on the screen in different font.
	Artie and Bartie kick Elvis Homer and Punk Homer, different Homers to the original version.
	Additional dialogue: Young Homer says "You're the idiot" and Homer says "Shut up!".
Homer and Marge kiss, and the scene shifts to the Simpsons' living room, where all the Homers are watching TV.	Homer and Marge kiss, and the shot of the Ziff house changes into a shot of the Simpson house, where Homer and Marge are still kissing. Artie and Bartie are there. Bartie turns back into Bart. Artie runs forward saying "Can we do it one last time?" - before fading away. Marge says "Aahh...the sweet status quo", and a little Homer head pops up on Homer's shoulder saying "Ask her if she has a little sister."

DIFFERENCE IN THE SECOND VERSION: There is not many sound effects.

Errors in the second version

Bart skateboards outside of the Android's Dungeon. There is a "GRAND OPENING" banner on the store's canopy. When Bart looks back at the store when Frink has finished talking, the banner has disappeared.
Once the shot of the high school has switched to the shot of Bart walking, Bart has somehow walked back to the other end of the parking lot.
When Bart looks in the window of the high school's bathroom, Barney is an adult version of Nelson Muntz from behind.
Bart peers in the boys bathroom window. When he climbs down from the window, he is at a different one, closer to the door.
In the birds eye view of the detention room, the girl Barney is eying has blue hair and is wearing a green shirt and blue pants. In the next shot, the girl is completely different. Also, in the first shot Barney is holding a piece of paper. In the next shot, he isn't. And, when Homer says "Don't act like I'm the first person that ever said that", the girl is now black-haired, and wearing a white shirt.
Also, some students in the birds eye view disappear in shots after this one.
Marge moves to a desk at the other end of the classroom. There are no desks on the left (our view) of Marge. In shots after this, there is.
When Bart pulls out his myPhone, he presses something on the side of the phone (the grey bit). In the next shot, he is pressing the home button. Also, the home button on a real Apple device doesn't go to photos.
When Bart goes into the time machine car after running out of the school, the rear view mirror is floating in the air. Then, when the car is back in 2012, the rear view mirror has disappeared.
