Homer's Web Page is a website made by Homer. It was originally a collection of random gif images he found on the Internet and put together into one page. All it showed was the images making a lot of noise and moving randomly and didn't gain many hits. Homer took the Dancing Jesus image from The Dancing Jesus Home Page.
After his website failed to gain many hits, he made a new one, Mr. X.
