History
When the Simpsons are trying to decide on their next vacation, after being banned from Florida, they rule out Arizona because according to Homer it "smells funny."[1]
The Simpsons travel to Scottsdale so Marge can find Gil and let out her frustrations on him, after he stayed in their house for almost a year.[2]
