Bart about to say his first words

Aye Caramba! is a common phrase used by Bart Simpson, this is his second most used catchphrase, behind Eat My Shorts. It was his first word. He first said it when he was a baby when he saw Homer and Marge in bed. The meaning of this word means a surprise or a feeling of pain.
