Hosey the Bear, an obvious "Simpsons Duplicate" of Smokey the Bear, is seen telling kids the importance of fire safety in the
beginning of Brother's Little Helper during a fire safety fair. He is sitting in front of a camera, and has Ralph sitting on his lap.
Ralph seems to think that Hosey is Santa, and he is telling him what he wants, including a bike, a monkey, and a friend for the
monkey. Hosey asks whether Ralph is going to start any fires, to which Ralph replies, "At my house we call them Uh-Oh's."
Hosey has not been seenin any other episode then this one, or at least has not had any speaking parts in any other episodes.
