The Frying Dutchman, owned by Captain Horatio McAllister, is first seen in the eighth episode of the fourth season "New Kid on the Block". It is an all-you-can-eat restaurant which Homer Simpson takes advantage of in "New Kid on the Block". When Captain McAllister gets annoyed at Homer for eating all the food, it turns into a court case.
