[[Mr. Burns]] dressing up as an undercover employee for a TV show but being recognized by all except [[Homer]] that starts in front of Burns and TV cameras talking about what he thinks of the workplace. Burns gets angry when he hears what Homer says, and after he understands that everyone agrees with him, he decides to do about the workplace so that they are happy over to working at the power plant. The changes that Burns does is they get no coffee anymore, they must share their room and they have to pay to go to the bathroom, but the changes doesn't make the employees happier. Burns adds then a trail of donuts to a core room where there's a whole box and Homer tries to eat them, but when can not eat them. Homer gets an outbreak and Burns is happy until he discovers that Homer got all the employees to strike.

Unleash the Glavin is a The Simpsons' Treehouse of Horror story that appears in The Simpsons' Treehouse of Horror #16.

Professor Frink's lab is destroyed and Bart and Frink are arguing whose fault it is. It started during a school trip to the lab where Frink shows his Contactinator, a set-like broadcasting device used in the attempt to contact and communicate with extraterrestrial life forms in the vast reaches of the cosmos. Frink decides to give the class a demonstration. He says into the computer's microphone: "Professor John Frink of Planet Earth Calling all sentient glavin life for friendship and possibly more." When he does not get any answer, the whole class laughs at him.
