Abraham Simpson told the story of Pyramus and Thisbe. After this, a book was shown, with a talking parrot on the front and stated to be by Disney. Lisa then remarks about Disney adding talking parrots to stories to make it their story.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
The talking parrot is a reference to Disney's Aladdin, and more specifically, Iago.
