Cookie is a USA Resident, but was actually born in China, even though he didn't spend much time here. Cookie, very proud of his name, is always called this, whether or not you have the guts to ask why. Just kidding, anyways, Cookie was born in China in a Chinatown, and doesn't have anymore time to write anything else to this point, at this time.
