José Canseco Capas, Jr. (born July 2, 1964), better known as José Canseco, is a Cuban-American former baseball player. He voiced himself in the season 3 episode "Homer at the Bat". He was also interviewed in the documentary Springfield of Dreams: The Legend of Homer Simpson.

José Canseco was voted joint 17th in IGN's "Top 25 Simpsons Guest Appearances" along with fellow baseball players Roger Clemens, Wade Boggs, Ken Griffey, Jr., Steve Sax, Ozzie Smith, Don Mattingly, Mike Scioscia, and Terry Cashman.
