Upward Bound is a behavior modification facility in Oregon.

History[edit]

Homer took Bart here when he was behaving badly. As Homer left, he drove through the Birthplace of Matt Groening, which is located next door to the facility. Though Bart starts to become adjusted, Homer later came back to take Bart home after feeling bad. Before leaving, Upward Bound director The Commandant informed Homer that he would've been called to pick up Bart anyway, as the bad credit card which he used to pay for Bart's enrollment was declined.
