[[Sherri]] and [[Terri]] are hosting their birthday party, and [[Martin]] is not invited to it. He realizes that he is the least popular student and he must take over the person that is before him, [[Milhouse]] and because Milhouse is friends with [[Bart]], he must take his place as Bart's best friend. The next day Martin tells Bart that he wants to challenge Milhouse to take over his place as his best friend. Bart is hesitant but after Martin gives him some raisin roundies he accepts Martin's challenge. The next day Milhouse gives Bart some comic books but they're boring comics. Martin gives Bart some tips for the test and gets him a perfect score. Milhouse then tries to give Bart matching suits but he refuses to wear it. Martin writes a play about how good it is to be Bart. Bart sees the play and likes it.

After [[Bart]] squirted [[Lisa]] with the fire extinguisher he gets a phone call. It turns out to be Sideshow Bob who starts playing on his hypnotic flute. Bart ends up in a trance and Bob asks him to "eat his shorts," which he does. Bob then asks Bart to play with the girls the next day at school, when the bell rings.

The next day, Bart gets a new phone call from Bob, and he asks him to play on the road at 5 PM. A few minutes before 5 PM, Bart remembers the call and must find a way to stop the traffic. He sees a truck full of honey and releases the honey to the street so the cars get stuck when they run into the street. It's now 5 PM and Bart starts playing on the road.

...Bart Simpson Shall Do My Bidding! is a Bart Simpson story that appears in Bart Simpson #69.

Sideshow Bob is in prison and has been making a hypnotic flute, and with the instrument he is ready for his revenge. After Bart squirted Lisa with the fire extinguisher he gets a phone call. It turns out to be Sideshow Bob who starts playing on his hypnotic flute. Bart ends up in a trance and Bob asks him to "eat his shorts," which he does. Bob then asks Bart to play with the girls the next day at school, when the bell rings.
