If you have an anonymous town, and you haven't updated yet, you should update and please immediately create an EA account to save your town! If you already updated and lost your town, please report this to EA by following these instructions. If you lost your town but you had your town logged in with Facebook, continue the tutorial until you can access a Friend's town page and login to Facebook to try and recover your town. Also do not run out of Game Tokens while in the minigames or the game will be stuck in a loop asking to buy tokens. If you don't it'll ask again till you buy some with donuts! If you got stuck contact EA immediatly. |
