Faking the Band is a comic story in Simpsons Comics #59. It was released in June 2001. It was also featured in the book Simpsons Comics Barn Burner and in Simpsons Classics #30. In the UK it was released in The Best of The Simpsons #34.
Plot
Homer realizes that he can make money from boy bands and decides to start one, the members consisting of Bart, Nelson, Rod, Ralph and Roy. But there is a problem when only one member of his boy band can sing - Ralph.
