Plot
Sideshow Bob is in prison and has been making a hypnotic flute, and with the instrument he is ready for his revenge. After Bart squirted Lisa with the fire extinguisher he gets a phone call. It turns out to be Sideshow Bob who starts playing on his hypnotic flute. Bart ends up in a trance and Bob asks him to "eat his shorts," which he does.
