Hornet vs. Lantern
I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be the Green Hornet. The hat and suit give it away. The only similarity to the Green Lantern is the mask. Also, there's an image of the Green Hornet in Comic Book Guy's Book of Pop Culture that looks virtually identical to the Green Listener.
