The '''Merchandise Award''' is an award on Wikisimpsons that is given to users who have added the most information about [[The Simpsons|Simpsons]] merchandise in a week. Every four months, there will be an overall merchandise contribs award, which will be given out to the user that has contributed the most to merchandise articles in that four months. [[User:Phinbart|Phinbart]], the leader of [[Wikisimpsons:Project Merchandise|Project Merchandise]] gives out the award, and therefore cannot recieve it. From the second week, a point system is activated. A user gets 2 points for adding 1-500 characters in merchandise info, 5 points for 500-1000 characters, 10 points for 1000+. The award has been cancelled and may be revived.

The Merchandise Award is an award on Wikisimpsons that is given to users who have added the most information about Simpsons merchandise in a week. Phinbart, the leader of Project Merchandise gives out the award, and therefore cannot recieve it. The award was supposed to have been moved to the former Merchandise Wiki, and was revived in early April 2012. This award may not be revived.

Points for edits[edit]

  • 2 points - 1-500 characters
  • 5 points - 500-1000 characters
  • 10 points - 1000+ characters

INTRODUCED IN REVIVAL:

  • 1 point - adding an infobox (to an already created page)
  • 2 points - replacing a bad quality image with a better version.
