Buzzkill was a small robot that had one mechanical arm which ended in a buzz saw. It was the first robot that Homer Simpson( as Chief Knock-A-Homer) faced in Robot Rumbles.
Homer won by taking hold of the saw and cutting into the robot. After this victory, Homer grabbed the arm and swun buzzkill in the air.
