Ned the Simpson is a comic story featured in Simpsons Comics 82. The comic later got reprinted in Simpsons Comics Dollar$ to Donuts.
Plot
After Homer get's arrested, he and Ned design each other's houses on television show House Swappers, and they start acting like each other. Meanwhile Lisa is sent away to a camp.
