Viva Bart is a comic story in Simpsons Comics 65. It was released in December 2001. It was also featured in the book Simpsons Comics Jam-Packed Jamboree.
Plot
Homer wins a trip to Caribbean and he takes the family with him. When they are there starting Lisa and Bart to overthrow the dictator.
