Fort Fragg was a United States Army Base located near Springfield. It contained a shower room as well as a Tank Hangar.

Bart Simpson, while suffering paranoia due to Focusyn, infiltrated the base and stole Tank keys from the pants belonging to a soldier in the shower room and hijacked a Tank that he drove through Springfield until he stopped at Springfield Elementary School with the intention of shooting down a Satellite in orbit that turned out to be a satellite belonging to the Major League Baseball association that spies on people.

Trivia

  • The name Fort Fragg is both a pun on Fort Bragg, a Special Forces base in North Carolina, as well as a reference to the slang term "Frag" meaning to kill a hated superior officer that originated during the Vietnam War.
