The Executive is an executive at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant who appears twice in Simpson and Delilah. He first appears at the executive table, Mr Burns says he is intouch with the workers, but then the executive says that he actually means the man next to him. He can later be seen in line to the executive washroom and envies Homer when he receives the key.
