Grrrl-Whirl is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #1.
Plot[edit]
Bart is angry at the large number of female characters on TV. Lisa is also showing strong talent as a soccer player. Bart becomes even more upset when his favorite "girl-hating" comic character Burpo falls in love with a girl. Bart changes his mind about girls when he immediately becomes infatuated with a new girl at school, Molly, who asks him to show her around. He later discovers that Molly is more interested in Nelson, and quickly goes back to finding girls annoying. He is thrilled when Burpo is no longer in love. He is then hit by a soccer ball from Lisa and is then trampled on by a mob of Lisa's fans. A vision of Cupid tells Bart to embrace "girl power", but Bart shoots him with a slingshot.
