Hypno Head went under the name of Reverend Dim Sun Spoon and hosted a peace gathering where he brought people to be mind controlled. One of the people he mind controlled was [[Dodd Runtledge]], the twin brother of [[Rod Runtledge]]. His henchmen [[Larceny Lass]] and [[Jawbreaker]] captured the hero [[Black Partridge]] whilst she was on her way to the peace gathering with {{Ch|Radioactive Man}} and [[Bleeding Heart]]. Hypno Head then mind controlled Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heart and chained them to an apparatus. He gave a mind controlled Black Partridge the button to a laser weapon to kill Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heart. However, the weapon malfunctioned and [[Fallout Boy]] came to the rescue, freeing Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heart.
