I have worked out a way Brandine could be all those relations to Cletus! If Brandine is Cletus' proper mother, there is no way they can be half-siblings. For half-siblings, one of your parents has to have a child with a another spouse. I made an image to explain better (on the right). It could be that Brandine adopted Cletus, as they do look around the same age. Then, they could be proper siblings, thus having the same parents.

::Why shouldn't we use titles? We shouldn't be bound to the same rules that wikipedia uses. We should use the most common names. It's one thing to name pages "Nick Riviera" and "Clancy Wiggum", because those characters have well-established real names, even if they aren't the mosy commonly used.
