When [[Homer]] was about to punish [[Bart]] for hitting mustard packets with a hammer and creating a mess in the living room, he heard the jingle of the ice cream truck and rushed to the front of the queue. When Bart was trapped in a [[Virtual Reality machine]], one of the simulations he had to complete involved him returning to his infancy. After Homer put baby Bart to bed, Bart escaped from his bedroom when he heard the ice cream truck jingle. After a long journey which ended when he reached a circus, Bart was shot out of a cannon and landed in the truck.
