== History ==
Polly had the head, body and tail feathers of a parrot, but the tentacles of an octopus instead of wings and legs.

When [[Homer]], unhappy about being smart, visited the [[Screaming Monkey Medical Research Center]] so that its scientists could make him stupid again, they did not want to as they didn't play God. Homer told them that they do nothing but play God and he thought their octoparrot would agree. Polly then started to talk, saying "Polly shouldn't be".
