The music for the couch gag was recorded before the scoring session for the episode, it contains 40 different bits of music over 3 different scoring sessions. The music is 30-second passages of Mozart and Grieg, 15-second stretches of jazz music by [[Alf Clausen]] and one second bursts of brass, bagpipes, drums, accordion, sleigh bells, and other musical sounds.
