Vince is a mechanic at Art's Auto Service in North Townsburg.

History

When Bart and Lisa were tracking down Petey, Marge's childhood parrot, they went to Art's Auto Service because the logo was on the side of the truck that took Petey away. Bart and Lisa asked Vince if they had seen the parrot and Vince identified him as Krista's parrot. Bart then told Vince to not leave town, even though it was his niece's wedding the next day.
