John Noiseland is the owner of Noiseland Spa & Relax-arium and formerly, Noiseland Arcade.

History

After Marge and Homer banned Bart from playing violent video games, he went to go to Noiseland Arcade to play games there instead. However, he found that the arcade had turned into Noiseland Spa & Relax-arium. John Noiseland told Bart that arcades don't make money anymore so he transformed it into a spa and relax-arium as people love to relax. When Bart pointed out that John Noiseland was smoking a cigarette, he told Bart that helping people relax was stressful.
